Soma changed my life. After a decade of chronic back pain, receiving the Soma Series left me not only pain-free, but able to listen to, trust, and express myself in new ways. My experience of this work is what motivates me to join clients on their journeys.

I spent my life in New Jersey and NYC before coming to Whidbey Island— so while I do have the gentle, compassionate warmth you’d expect from a healer-type, I also love to joke, laugh, and communicate directly. A little levity is vital with the profound subjects and sensations that emerge as we work with our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

Outside of sessions, I work at the Soma Institute helping to share this beautiful profession with more folks who want to make a difference.

When I’m not doing Soma, I’m usually sailing through NYT (Monday) crossword puzzles, having deep conversations with friends, or wandering purposefully in nature— touching trees and feeling feelings. I will also get on the ground to play with every dog that crosses my path.
